While we offer diffent uptime levels, these levels are targets that we incoporate into our technical designs and operational processes. We assume no liability for any damages that may occur as a result of the unavailability of our service or incorrect function of our service and your personal data server.

BYO.Host must not be used to store content that is illegal in the countries where we operate and/or the country where you live. We will comply with legal take-down requests by relevant authorities.
